What started as an experiment, after a wine we particularly enjoyed was no longer available, has turned into a passion. We can't drink the store bought stuff anymore. We're very proud of our wine. It can not be purchased anywhere, but we love sharing a bottle with our friends and family.
We use only pure distilled water through our own distiller. When the wine has completed fermentation it is sent through a high pressure filter to remove any sediment.
Most of our wine is made from either Italian or California grapes. We buy only the best concentrated juice to ensure a quality end product.
Ah! To sit on the back deck with the dogs and cat, watch the horses play in the pasture, listen to some homespun music, and sharing a glass of our homemade wine--that's the good life.
